Welcome Lodge at Parkside Resort will be located
at the foot of the resort area. It will offer
on-site rental management services. Guests will
be treated to prompt, and courteous service by
the office staff. The Welcome Lodge will also
have on site meeting and conference areas to be
utilized for small to large families, groups, or
corporations.
We
are deeply committed to maintaining as natural
an environment as possible, so Parkside Resort
will focus
on the common areas around the resort. Cabins
will be nestled among magnificent hardwoods and
towering trees. The deep rich native floral
colors will complement each of the exceptional
cabins in each and every season. All streets
will be paved and lighted for easy navigation
and the road grades for the resort will not
exceed 15% ensuring easy passage throughout the
resort area. To help maintain the high property
values Parkside Resort will be governed by a
strict set of Covenants and Restrictions and
overseen by the Homeowners Association.
